TOM WEERHEIM

More Than Just an Attorney

Tom Weerheim earned his J.D. Degree from the University of South Dakota in 2007. He soon joined First Dakota Title, where he worked as Corporate Counsel and a Title Examiner for two years. He believed that by starting his own practice, he could be more effective in helping people deal with a variety of legal issues.

In 2009, Tom opened Weerheim Law. Since then, he has represented numerous clients in State and Federal Courts. Weerheim Law has allowed him to fully realize his passion for helping people at all levels of litigation and protection. In 2016, he became licensed to practice law in the State of Iowa.

Tom Weerheim is active in the local community. He is a board member with the Center of Hope in Sioux Falls. He previously served as secretary in the Lunch Is Served organization. He also volunteers with the Let Me Run program and by helping a local middle school Mock Trial team and previously taught at his church.

Tom treats every client with respect and integrity. He is committed to providing you with top notch legal support, and he will approach every client with a focus on integrity, advocacy, and understanding. He will fight for you!

Tom is proud that so many of his clients have repeatedly turned to him for counsel and representation, and he will work hard to earn their loyalty every day. 

In his spare time, he enjoys running, playing guitar, woodworking, and spending time with his wife, Emily.
